Cyber A.I. Pros provides managed IT services and AI-powered business tools ("HaiperSaaS") designed to assist with scheduling, communication, and business operations. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes. You may not use our AI agents or IT infrastructure to harass others, distribute spam, conduct fraudulent activities, or violate any applicable laws.

4. Payment & Subscription

Services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to keep a valid payment method on file. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are past due. There are no long-term contracts; you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Cyber A.I. Pros is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of—or inability to use—our services, including temporary service interruptions or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms of Service or our Acceptable Use Policy.
