Todoist is a to-do list app made by Todoist Inc. You can use it to capture tasks, sort them into Today and Upcoming views, and set due dates and recurring tasks. It runs on phone, tablet, watch, desktop and the web.
A.I. is part of it too. The pages describe A.I.-powered task capture from an email, a Slack thread, a photo or your voice. They also list Todoist Assist features such as Filter Assist, Task Assist and Email Assist, plus a voice feature called Ramble. Teams can share projects, assign tasks and see project health insights. Todoist also connects to tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Google Calendar and Slack. You can start free, and paid Pro and Business plans add more.
