A.I. features inside Slack that summarize chats, search company info, and help automate work
Slack is a workplace chat tool made by Slack Technologies, LLC, a Salesforce company. Its A.I. features work inside Slack, using knowledge from your company's own conversations and files. The pages say the goal is to help you be more productive without extra effort.
You can get summaries of channels and threads, get daily recaps, and search across conversations, files and connected apps. Slackbot is a personal A.I. agent that can help you prepare for meetings, analyze reports, and create project briefs. You can also translate messages, take meeting notes with A.I., and build automations from a single prompt. The pages say A.I. features are available on all paid Slack plans, and customer data is not used to train large language models.
